Laminated silicon steel transformer cores
The iron core of the transformer is formed by laminating multiple layers of thin silicon steel sheets or molybdenum-manganese-iron sheets. A thin oxide layer forms on the surface of these steel sheets, which prevents eddy current losses. The structure of the transformer core is critical because it directly affects the efficiency of the transformer.
Description
1. Excellent electromagnetic properties
GO electrical steel has the characteristics of low iron loss, high magnetic induction intensity and stable performance, which can reduce the cost of downstream products and achieve better energy-saving effect.
2. Excellent process capability
Excellent mechanical properties make it easy for users to perform slitting, cutting, and laminating.
3. Excellent dimensional accuracy
The surface of the product is smooth, the thickness is uniform, the deviation in the board is small, and the lamination coefficient is high.
4. that insulate coating has excellent performance.
The product has the advantages of surface insulation, uniform coating, good adhesion, good heat resistance, good corrosion resistance, good interlayer insulation and the like.
Notes:
A. Test according to GB/T3655-2008 (Type Q and Type QG) and GB/T13789-2008 (Type QH).
B. Type Q and QG specimens were sheared in the rolling direction and annealed to relieve stress.
C. P17/50 (60) represents the core loss per kilogram of sample at a maximum magnetic induction of 1.7 T and a frequency of 50 (60) Hz.
D. B800 represents the magnetic induction corresponding to a magnetic field strength of 800 A/m
