The iron core of the transformer is formed by laminating multiple layers of thin silicon steel sheets or molybdenum-manganese-iron sheets. A. Test according to GB/T3655-2008 (Type Q and Type QG) and GB/T13789-2008 (Type QH).

B. Type Q and QG specimens were sheared in the rolling direction and annealed to relieve stress.

C. P17/50 (60) represents the core loss per kilogram of sample at a maximum magnetic induction of 1.7 T and a frequency of 50 (60) Hz.
