As a cooling component of power transformer and special transformer, it has been widely used at home and abroad.

The finned radiators produced by our company are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel through the processes of automatic punching, combination, drop welding and trimming. External welding (carbon dioxide shielded welding) is adopted for the connection between the element and the oil collecting pipe, which completely solves the problem that the welding slag and scrap iron produced by internal welding affect the product quality. In addition, the product has also undergone sealing test, surface treatment and hot oil flushing to ensure product quality. Tested by the third party, the product fully conforms to the transformer industry standard (JBT5347-99).

Model interpretation

The corrugated diaphragm is a thin shell elastomer, and the diaphragm itself is a circular membrane-like elastic sensing element. When the two sides of the diaphragm are subjected to different pressures (or forces), the diaphragm moves toward the side with the lower pressure, resulting in a differential pressure-related displacement of its center.
