Ürün Detayları

Amorphous materials are used in various shapes to make oil-immersed and dry-type transformers.

A transformer with a three-dimensional amorphous core has the following characteristics:

A. Cross-section of the core is cruciform (nearly circular)

B. Cost competitiveness

C. It is easier and faster to manufacture iron-core transformers

D. Have smaller no-load loss and excitation current

E. Very low inrush current and higher no-load power factor

F. Very low harmonics

G. Lower noise compared to normal cores

H. Because the cross section of the coil is circular, the ability of the transformer to resist sudden short circuit is greatly improved.

I. The cost of all transformers is much lower than that of ordinary cores.

Manufacturing process of three-dimensional amorphous nucleus

In order to manufacture a three-dimensional amorphous core transformer, an amorphous strip is cut into 6 or 7 widths from a master amorphous strip, depending on the transformer design.

A. Use a special curve slitting machine to cut a single ribbon into two long trapezoids, and then wind them on the drum.

And B, loading the conical slit tape coil on an uncoiler of a three-dimensional amorphous core winding machine, which can wind the core material into a round shape.

C. After the round iron core is wound, a special press shall be used to press the round iron core into a rectangular iron core. Three core rings are required to assemble a three-phase transformer core.

D. the whole slitting and winding process. Only one person is needed to operate the machine, and only input parameters and observe them.

E. After pressing three complete iron core rings, lift the three iron core rings with a crane and load them on a simple assembly table.

F. Three phases (three cores) shall be bound together with 3M binding tape. The iron core frame with insulation layer at the bottom shall be fixed, the iron core assembly shall be rotated to facilitate the coil assembly and the top yoke assembly, and the iron core surface shall be coated with silica gel for curing.

G. If annealing is required (we strongly recommend annealing to reduce no-load losses and current), the entire core circuit is assembled, annealed in a batch amorphous annealing furnace, and then used.

H. Coil winding can be completed by special winding machine. The assembly of the core coil is very simple and quick. Existing workers can be trained in a very short time.
