The high and low voltage windings are wound with epoxy resin in vacuum. After curing at high temperature, a firm whole with good mechanical strength and small partial discharge is formed.

Cast resin insulation ensures reliable operation of the transformer without complex and expensive maintenance. Preventive maintenance of cast resin transformers requires only a simple visual inspection. Low operating costs: Low core and winding losses reduce operating costs. The coil is made of pure copper wire/foil and encapsulated with high quality epoxy resin.
