FYB-24 two-position oil-immersed load switch is suitable for integrated transformer with AC frequency of 50Hz and 60Hz and rated voltage of 24 kV. It is a load switch specially designed and manufactured by our company for domestic high-voltage integrated transformers.

The load switch adopts a two-gear structure, uses transformer oil as insulation and arc-extinguishing medium, and has the functions of spring energy storage and three-phase linkage. It can make or break rated load current accurately and quickly, and withstand short-time fault current under specified conditions. The contact system of the switch adopts a double-breakpoint floating contact bridge, and both the moving contact and the fixed contact have good contact performance, low resistance and strong current-carrying capacity. The unique structural design endows the contact system with excellent electromagnetic compensation effect, which greatly improves its anti-fault ability under short circuit conditions.

The load switch has two positions: open and closed. It is operated by rotation: clockwise to close and counterclockwise to open, with angles of rotation of 90 ° and 120 °, respectively. According to different grid requirements and configurations, it can be used as a control device for a terminal-type integral transformer, or three load switches can form a control device for a ring-type integral transformer. The load switch can also be equipped with an auxiliary travel switch and an electric operating mechanism to accommodate various types of transformers. Customers can choose C3, C4, C5 and other anti-corrosion grades according to the design requirements.
