The Power Flip Fixture is designed to flip the radiator element of the radiator assembly after welding the header from one side, and then flip the radiator to weld the other side.

Description
The powered rotating table for welding assembly is specially designed to facilitate the rotation of the fins during the assembly of the radiator.
After welding the header on one side, the fixture allows the operator to easily flip the fin panel body over and weld the other side. The fixture features power adjustment of the panel length and assembly depth, allowing the operator to easily manipulate the panel during production.
The fixture is equipped with a servo motor positioning system to ensure accurate assembly. This helps to increase the productivity of the heat sink and improve the overall manufacturing quality and consistency.
