Radiator is a component that can increase the heat dissipation of thermal equipment. It does this by increasing the effective working surface area of the device and the amount of cryogenic fluid flowing through its increased surface area.

As the cooling components of power transformers and special transformers, finned radiators are widely used at home and abroad. The finned radiators produced by our company are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel through the processes of automatic punching, combination, drop welding and trimming. External welding (carbon dioxide shielded welding) is adopted for the connection between the element and the oil collecting pipe, which completely solves the problem that the welding slag and scrap iron produced by internal welding affect the product quality. In addition, the product has also undergone sealing test, surface treatment and hot oil flushing to ensure product quality. Tested by the third party, the product fully conforms to the transformer industry standard (JBT5347-99).

Model interpretation

The radiator is arranged on the wall of the fuel tank, and the upper part and the lower part of the radiator are communicated with the fuel tank through a pipeline. When there is a temperature difference between the upper and lower oil of the transformer, the oil forms convection through the radiator, and then flows back to the oil tank after being cooled by the radiator, which plays a role in reducing the oil temperature of the transformer.

All delivered products shall be attached with quality certificates and conformity certificates, which shall indicate the product model, specification, inspector, production date and other information; the products shall be packed in wooden cases for transportation; the mouth of the water collection pipe shall be covered with plastic film, and the PC radiator can be sealed with steel plate according to the user's requirements. The radiator should be stored in a rain-proof, moisture-proof, corrosion-proof and mildew-proof place. Do not remove the cover before use.
