Pole transformers are mounted on utility poles, usually at the height of overhead cables.

Pole transformers are widely used in vast rural areas. These transformers range in capacity from 16 kVA to 100 kVA and can step down from 11,000 to 33,000 volts to a low voltage of 400 volts. Pole transformers are small in size, light in weight, and easy to install on a single-pole structure, while larger transformers can be installed on a double-pole structure, about 5 meters from the ground. This design makes the transformer less accessible, thereby reducing the risk of injury to humans and animals and minimizing vandalism.

Description

Our tanks are built to meet the most demanding requirements and are the highest quality products in the industry. The tank is made of hot-rolled steel, MIG welded, and subjected to a water immersion test to detect possible leaks. The metal surface is shot peened and subjected to seven cleaning processes and zinc phosphate impregnation.

Polyester powder coating shall be applied by electrostatic spray and allowed to dry to a film thickness of at least 3 mils.

The finished fuel tank has been tested to comply with all tests specified in the EEI Surface Preparation Guidelines including 160 inch pound impact and 1500 hour salt spray test.

For extremely corrosive environments, tanks are constructed of 300 series stainless steel for maximum protection.

All vertical tanks are equipped with hangers, lifting lugs and anti-rust pads, which are welded to enhance strength and reduce the likelihood of rusting. In addition, even if the tank is still secured to the pallet with strapping, it can be lifted using a sling.
